Om Cafe Aromatherapy Fun!

Image
The first Om Cafe class was very chill and it smelled divine in our classroom!  The class made body scrub with just a few simple ingredients.  You can use the scrub as an exfoliator and it leaves your skin feeling so soft.   Here are the steps to make your own body scrub: 1.  Gather up the ingredients: sugar (brown, white, or raw), oil (olive, coconut or vegetable), and essential oils 2.  Add oil to the sugar at a ratio of 80% sugar to 20% oil and mix in a bowl (such as one cup of sugar to 1/4 cup of oil) 3.  Add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oils and stir 4.  Put the mixture into a container with a lid Be careful if you use it in the tub or shower, as it will make the floor slippery. This body scrub makes a great gift.  Put it in a small mason jar, slap a label and ribbon on it, and you are good to go! We hope that you enjoy this simple craft and that it may bring some OMMMMMM into your life!  :-)
